1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns on innerwear, swimwear, and accessories are not accepted unless defective.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal or contact our support team at neofashion.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT/UPI transfer. Please provide accurate bank or UPI details when requested.
  • If the return is due to a fault from our end (wrong item, defective product), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

3. EXCHANGES

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchange is only available for size and same product variants. Color or style exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • To request an exchange, visit our Exchange portal or email us at neofashion.in@gmail.com with your order number and size requirement.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • In case the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at neofashion.in@gmail.com with images and details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped — whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
